My 16 year old son came here for a wrestling injury and all I can say is Brian is AMAZING. The process is that one needs to go to a Dr. 1st to get a «script» regardless if one’s insurance lets you go where ever you want, it’s the law in Texas to have Physical Therapy sessions. We had taken our son to school sports injury staff, chiropractor, then to orthopedic surgeon who only wanted to take an MRI until we suggested a wait and see/P.T. approach, he agreed and told him to start P.T. though and we are SO glad we did, Brian did a very through evaluation and his confidence level of «it’s a herniated disk» was spot on. He gave our son exercises to do on his own, not pushing for us to come there, which we did for a couple of months in addition to home care, then went to strictly home care for 3 months. Brian took the time to explain how to still do regular activities, with amazing posture and my son took all the tips to heart and his body finally healed itself, we are positive it is because of the targeted range of motion exercises Brian AND his great team recommended. What could have been a life long ailment was healed completely. Most with disk problems just never got the right treatment or resorted to surgery, he can HELP you!

Great experience all around. They took the time to answer the questions I had and made sure I didn’t over do it. After foot surgery Brian and his staff took care of me and prepared me for my athletic runs and races.

I have nothing but positive things to say about ProActive Physical Therapy. The facility and staff are both amazing. I would highly recommend them for all you physical therapy needs. Dr. Brian McDonough is especially great with his patients as he focuses on each case with compassion and dedication. Thanks for the life changing experience.
