I started personal training with Travis Thompson in January of 2015 and I’m seeing and feeling results! I really like how my weight isn’t the focus; instead it’s all about the measurements! I’ve dropped some inches all over my body within the first couple of months. What I like most about the training sessions is that they are different every time & customized to me.
