Reebok Factory Direct Store

I am very happy with my visit to the Reebok store today. The customer service and level of care I received while shopping was phenomenal. Dwayne, the store manager went above and beyond to assist me with my shoe needs. He was able to answer all of my questions and made me feel confident in my purchase. Veronica was very helpful as well. I was not wearing socks and therefore couldn’t get a good feel for the shoes or support. She offered me a pair of socks and that made all the difference. She also called the closest Reebok store to facilitate my need for a certain shoe, since they didn’t have my size in store :(Although the other store didn’t Have it available either I was happy that she tried to help me and went above my expectations. I will definitely return here and will tell all I know to check them out for great deals.
