Was told I was going to receive 9,000 points on Shop Your Way/Land’s End, but did not get the points posted, if they had been posted I could have shopped at Land’s End for free, wasted 30 minutes on follow-up, will see if they post the points this week.

My husband and I went in on Sunday morning looking to buy a refrigerator. Big mistake! No one offered us any help at all. One associate was helping out another customer. He never acknowledged me except to sigh as I was looking at a fridge he wanted to show the other customer. No, «I’ll be with you in a moment.» No eye contact whatsoever. My husband was insulted, so we left. As we were leaving, I noticed a group of employees watching us leave. Had they been eyeing us the whole time? Were we not worthy of customer service? We wound up buying our awesome french door refrigerator at Best Buy from a wonderful sales person. I’m never stepping into this location ever again.

Had to give a shout out to Gerrick. My washer broke :(went in to buy another. His computer froze and he went about and beyond, staying past closing and giving us free pick up of old to make it work. He was courteous and did all he could to give us the best price. Thanks Gerrick! Sorry if I spelled your name wrong

This is a great Sears store. Employees are friendly and helpful. The store is very clean. I was able to find everything I needed and was extremely pleased to see how well organized the store shelves were. The only negative is that because it is a smaller location the aisles feels too narrow and some items are on aisles that don’t seem to make sense. But a quick question to one of the store employees and they lead me right where I needed. I wish all home and garden stores looked and operated like this store. I will be a repeat customer.

I really enjoy shopping at this local sears. While not all sears locations are this good I am coming back to this location! It different then the big box stores. I went in to buy a new leaf blower & had the best service I’ve ever experienced. Salesmen went out of their way to help me and all of my questions were answered. If you want some older nice people that will really help you shop at this local store!

I am sold on this Sears! I went in to buy a new fridge & had the best service I’ve ever experienced. Salesmen were not pushy, sales were good & all of my questions were answered. They even give discounts for liking them on Facebook. I will do all of my appliance shopping here & in less than a week, I have already referred 3 others to this store. In summary, they are customer service at it’s best!

Nice store. A change from the big box Home Depot’s and Lowe’s of the area. Bought online and picked up in store without a hitch. Nice and helpful staff. Stock to pick from can be a bit scarce at times but it’s OK. I love the Craftsman brand.

Do not buy from this store. A tool that I bought here broke. It was a hoe and it had the stores UPC code still on the handle but the store would not allow an exchange without a receipt.

I went today to buy an electric weed eater(line trimmer). I walked in and found what I was looking for on my own. Got up front to pay and all 3 registers were not occupied? It took a few minutes for someone to realize I was there. It pains me to see this once proud store chain now spiraling to a quiet demise. The service was none existent, but they had what I wanted and it was on sale. I just grew up expecting more from Sears, today it no better than any big box, but with less products to chose from.
