If I had read this comment I would NOT switched to sprint. I switched from Verizon to sprint, it took me 2HOURS to decide to switch back to Verizon The internet is shit! I can’t believe there is such a bad service! About the store, I traded in iPhone6 plus 128 Gigs, the guy gave me iPhone 6s Plus 16GB!!! I figured that out when I went home! When I went back the day after to get 128 go instead they told me I have to pay 35 $ restocking fee! I told them I’m going back to Verizon! If there’s something cheap about this company, it is their service.

My trust is still wary of the location. Or company in general as they have gone through ANOTHERCEO. But, all the things I complained about have been remedied. David is still there, but he doesnt deal with customers very much. Probably exactly where he needs to stay. Par for the course of hipster tech guys. Attitude yet brilliant. I got a new phone from them after my S5 was stolen. Told the total opposite of EVERYTHING I was told before about how things work with fixing your phone and really only needing insurance for a few months. We will see how this next year goes and will update again in the meantime if compelled to.

Trying to call is a total joke. They are always understaffed and no matter what time you go in, after getting tired of calling, is incredibly long. It is too bad.

Worst customer service ever from the technical department. Tried to talk down to me and make me feel like an idiot when I went in for phone help. Wasted my time and will NEVER return! Find another Sprint store!

Service has gotten REALLY bad in the area b/c of over congested cell towers. I’m constantly losing reception, can’t hear who I’m talking to or they can’t hear me. This is happening with all my family members who are using Sprint and live in the Katy area. I’ve talked to multiple reps and their job is to deny there is a problem, so if you’re in a contract, you’re SOL. DONOT go with Sprint.

Two years ago I would have rated this store a 1. Very disorganized and the reps seemed to know little to nothing and were basically handcuffed and blind-folded by their corporation. Two years later and things are much better(at least at this particular store), but not necessarily great. I don’t think any of us are completely satisfied with all the rules and regulations of our online carriers, so I will try to not comment on this. Besides, the fact that I’m opting to get a new phone rather than change carriers should imply my opinion of their service. Things went rather smoothly up and to a point. I went in to trade my EVO for the new Galaxy and I had a few questions about my account. The guy wasn’t really able to answer a lot of questions about the Galaxy since he hadn’t used it much, but he was able to answer questions about my account that other locations couldn’t for some reason. When my husband was there an hour before me the sales lady helping him made sure everything was set up before he left — my sales guy set up a few things and then just sent me on my way telling me that everything would sync up on it’s own. So an hour later I was back in the store and my sales guy was nowhere to be found. The«greeter» was an employee I had seen for years at this store and said that since I had been there an hour before that he was going to help me rather than put me in que. He retrieved my old phone and got all of my contacts into my Galaxy Epic and then told me how to deal with other issues the syncing might cause — and his advice worked. So while my initial experience was a 2 I know it was more one employee at the end of his shift. I wish I would have gotten the same sales person as my hubby — then this may have been a 5!
