I have been to this subway twice in the last week and have had no service. They had a line both times but only had 1 person making sandwiches while another cleaned the floor. The person making sandwiches did not speak english and depended on the floor washer to interpret the orders. The last time I left without being served I went to Schlotzsky’s and had a great sandwich. I think Schlotzsky’s will be my new close to home sandwich shop

I came in Subway today with my 2 kids and ordered 3 subs. I ordered the tuna sub for myself I ask for all the toppings, as well as salt n pepper. And a plain chicken breast subs for my kids. I wasn’t attentively watching as it was prepared. I sat down to dine in to eat, after 3 bites I noticed my sandwich was so salty. I went back up and told the cashier Alex, he handed my sub to a female who then opened it up bare hand and then gave it back to him to give to me. I’m standing there waiting and nothing. I said I need a refund or a new sub. I was ignored for over 20 mins. I was told there’s no manager and they can’t do anything. I said I need my receipt, which I never received to have proof to come back later. I was still ignored. I had to call the police. The staff lied said I had been there for hours when I had just picked my 7 yr. old daughter up from school just shortly before coming there, they even lied and said I got my receipt. The cop said to contact corporate because this is a civil matter and they can’t force them to remake my sub. Never again will I go there. I was treated like I hadn’t just spent my hard earned money there to buy subs for me and my kids!!!

This subway is huge. I especially like the couches and plugs. The staff don’t smile but they do their job. I give 4 stars because of the couches, size, and cleanliness. Plenty of windows to look out. The décor is pretty modern. Comfortable place.

The staff here is really rude. You’ll get a sandwich but don’t expect to be greeted, thanked, or given any type of customer service in-between. I’ve seen my share of unenthusiastic sandwich artists but the staff here tops them all.
