Do not go here. I ordered a footlong steak sandwich and asked beforehand if I could use a coupon of $ 5 for a 30 oz drink and any classic Footlong. The lady said yes, and then after the sandwich was made for me, a different lady said they couldn’t find the button for the coupon, and the manager wasn’t there. Because I didn’t want to escalate the issue, I did not tell her that the other lady had told me that I could use the coupon. So I paid over $ 8 for a pre-cooked steak without a drink on pre-frozen bread which was very bland. I will be notifying the Subway hotline about this incident. While it was a honest mistake on their part, I have never had anything like this happen before. They are also usually out of powerade. I find that the ladies in the morning or noon(busy) time have provided poor service, but all the guys, often here at night, like Carl, have provided excellent service.

This is a a very mediocre location. The only saving grace is that it is well kept. Been here several times and the service is often rude and highly unacceptable. Wish I could give it even two stars as I am typically very generous with reviews. As far as food goes, it is soggy and terrible, but edible. Needless to say, I will not be patronizing this establishment.

I only go here when I’m starving and don’t want to drive more than a couple minutes. At least 90% of the time they have run out of something and the saddest part is that it’s usually Italian herbs and cheese bread. You’d think that after realizing it’s popular they’d do something about it, right? Nope. The service is pretty subpar and EXTREMELYSLOW.(I’m talking snail pace.) Don’t go in if there is a line you will be there for over 20 minutes – not worth it. However, it is clean as far as I’ve seen and it’s in the neighborhood. Hopefully they start making major changes soon. It could do really well considering the area.

We were really happy to see a Subway open right at our neighborhood, but this Subway is by far the worst I have been to. They are very slow and the customer service is poor. I would recommend driving a little farther to another Subway location.

I have been here a total of probably 5 or 6 times and yet to have had a good experience. It seems that the service is usually pretty slow. It’s like the blind leading the blind in there. None of the workers know what they are doing nor do they know what goes on what sandwhich. 3 times now they have made mistakes on my husband and my sandwhiches. The owner who pretty has much has to jump in and do all the work because the workers are helpless isn’t so great himself. Today they were pretty much out of every type of bread except white or wheat and they had no cookies. I guess they forgot this is a sandwhich shop and didn’t need to come in early to start making bread. Lol! The worker today who made my sandwhich put my bread in the toaster to be toasted but forgot to put the meat on it. Seriously! I’m not sure why I continue to think that maybe the next time will be better when every time the service is still crap. I just went back to Subway today after a couple of weeks. There were two new women there working today. However, Blanca did not know what spicy mustard was so I had to get regular mustard and she couldn’t find the sweet onion sauce. Then it took forever to ring me up and she forgot to charge me for my drink so still NO change in the service.

Our Firethorne Subway has excellent service. Today I got a to go order for two and the first time I got a salad. The salad was delicious and they took time to make it as ordered. During this visit I happened to find something of value outside the store and they were kind enough to hold it all day to see if someone came to claim it. They were very willing to help and I was grateful for it. I’m glad we have this kind of customer service in our neighborhood.

This was the worst subway sandwich I have ever had! 2 day old dry bread that you can’t even swallow. Girl behind the counter is a little«slow»! Ridiculous
