Horrible customer service! Had a tech issue with my MyTouch. Loaner won’t even get email. The replacement phone I was sent is defective! Back to the store with my original phone in its UPS box (they couldn’t take it because they ‘couldn’t be trusted’ to get it to the UPS store. THEIR words, not mine.), and the defective phone. Have to keep this non-functioning phone until Monday. On Monday I get to sit by the front door for the 2^nd time in a week to wait for the UPS guy! (has to be signed for) I’ve been a customer for over 10 years and have two 4G phones. Big bill for me. No customer service from them. BOOOOOOOO
