Lice bugs falling out of my middle daughters extremely long, curly hair while in Oklahoma at my parents home. We live in KATY, TX!!! My friends suggested coming to The Lice Place in Katy. I went to their website and emailed requesting an appointment. Mallory called me back and we set an appointment for our return. There were so many tips on the website, most importantly, you don’t need over the counter chemicals (I mean, these bugs survived the ocean and swim team swimming, so more chemicals weren’t going to help!!!). On the phone, they suggested keeping her hair braided and tea tree/​mint smells and other things. I also knew if I used a lice comb and pulled MY hair back, I could possible get a lot of them before I had to go for 2 days. We went today and Trashanielle, Paula, Cat Janet put us at ease, checked all 4 of us and showed us what they found. My child that I had combed out of days before we could come in had a few hollow shells proving (if the pics and videos of live bugs weren’t enough) she DID in fact have lice. Thankfully, we all had negative lice checks!!! Best money spent to prove we are clear of lice, kindest and most helpful staff, lovely location in Katy and now, we have our own lice comb, mint spray and gentle hair brushes (we choose to get 3 for all three girls so we don’t have to share). The Katy office is a place we will recommend to all our friends.
