Pretty good. When I walked in she greeted me and asked what I was looking for. She didn’t sell me the expensive. She asked me if I was looking for the cheapest or expensive. She asked me if I was okay in the fitting room and gave me more sizes which was awesome. But when checking out my card decline. I asked her if I could run it again she was like«no matter how many times you try it’s still gonna get denied» and laughed. I’m like hmm okay but your payment thing doesn’t accept the cards with chips. But I let it slide and paid cash. I would most likely come back

I’ve been purchasing my scrubs here for 2 years because they’re one of the only places that had tall scrubs. I went in about a month ago and they no longer carry them.(Cherokee talls) and they’ve replaced them with another type that doesn’t come in tall. Owner said they’re more popular… Well not for the tall people! She didn’t assist me at all in finding another brand in talls so I had to dig around the store myself and left empty handed. Not that she would notice in her recliner in the back of the store watching tv. I’m the type of person to not worry too much about the service in a place like this as long as I can get what I want near home and support local businesses, but my last encounter bothered me so whatever I went home and bought them on Amazon and now they’ll just be delivered to my door…

If you’re looking for a scrub store to shop with ease, this is it! They have a great selection of scrubs, jackets, and shoes to choose from. They are very welcoming and helpful. I went in today to buy Grey’s Anatomy scrubs, and was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. Valerie introduced herself and asked me if I was looking for anything in particular. I told her what style, color, and size, and she personally went and got them off the rack for me. She helped me determine if I needed the regular or petite length, which I greatly appreciated. She was very sweet with my kids as well, interacting with them and making them smile. I really liked the personal feel of the visit. I have shopped here for 3 years, and will continue to do so!

The owner is very nice, I am not sure what these other bad reviewers are talking about. I came here today with my mom to get scrubs and was really excited they she had Grey’s Anatomy scrubs and I got three pairs of those. When I was in there, she greeted me, asked if I need help, and to let her know if I had questions. I found what I was looking for so I was happy about that. I will be coming back when I need more scrubs. There were many different brands to choose from.

This is the first review I have ever written and created a account just to warn people to stay away and not give this terrible place any business. It really deserved zero stars. I was looking for tall scrubs. I visited once and arrived at 9 am. The owner arrived to open the store at 9:15. She did not apologize for being late. Instead she acted very annoyed and preoccupied. I looked around and she answered a few questions but I was unsure of which brands my school would allow so I did not purchase any. I returned today with more details from my school on the brands allowed. I tried on two pairs of scrubs. There was another customer in the store and the owner ignored me until I came out of the fitting room. When I came out of the fitting room with the scrubs in hand she asked if I liked them. I said I was I between sizes and neither fit well. She didn’t offer to take them from me so I went to the rack and put them back. I asked about shoes and she answered very abruptly. The shoes were overpriced so I left the store. I was in my car when she came running out. I opened the car door to ask what was wrong. She asked, «What happened?» I had no idea what she meant but I politely said, «I didn’t find what I was looking for.»(I presumed she had deduced that when I said the scrubs didn’t fit.) She said, «You had scrubs in your hand I thought you were buying them and then you disappeared.» This is not what happened! I asked a question after I put them back and she was abrupt when answering. Maybe if she been paying attention and speaking to her customers she would have noticed. I told her, «I put them back. You’re welcome!» She was not helpful, pleasant and treated me like an inconvenience(for the second time) and then had the nerve to run out to my car like I stole something! If she had been paying any attention, listened when I spoke or offered to help she would known it was unnecessary to run out to my car. There are way too many scrub shops in the area to give this horrible woman any business ever. The place in Katy Mills is much better if you want to stay in the Katy area and they also offer long scrubs, cheaper!

The only place to shop for anything scrubs! Jackets, a variety of colors/styles for pants & tops, they even sell shoes. Pretty big once you walk inside, definitely worth the drive over here. Not many staff around but that’s okay, the lady knows where everything is and she’s super sweet. She sells at good price for the wide array that she carries; I don’t buy a new uniform a lot, but when I need one, I’ll be going here without question !

One star. Yes, I signed up for Unilocal just to give this place the rating it deserves. I called Uniform Specialists of Katy to see if they had a pair of Grey’s Anatomy 8 pocket cargo scrub pants. These are what I’ve been looking for everywhere in Houston. I spoke with a lady on the phone, and she said we have those and in your size. Awesome! I’ll be right there! For someone who lives in the Med Center, that’s a far drive. But hey, I needed them for a new job. Arrived at the place… But it was CLOSED? It was 3pm on a weekday. Had a sign on the door that said«Will be right back» with absolutely no time reference. How do I know what time you’ll «be right back»? There was another customer that was outside in the heat waiting… and 20 minutes later decided to wait in her car like me. Shortly after, a lady comes in and unlocks the door. I’m not sure if she woke up with her head in the toilet, but this lady looked like she was in a BADMOOD. She didn’t really say a word to either of us… just unlocked the door and walked in with her Mickey D’s doggy bag. There was no «I’m sorry for the inconvenience» nor«Anything I can help you with?». I understand you have to eat, but please, be a bit more welcoming to your customers. Oh well, I shrugged it off because I needed to get my pants. Looked all around the store for them and didn’t see them. After a few minutes, I mentioned to the lady that I had called an hour ago about the cargo pants. She showed me some that weren’t the ones I specifically asked for. So with a puzzled look on my face, I asked, «I thought you said you had the 8 pocket cargo pants?. She replied, «Oh, you didn’t say that.» Ugh, I know what I said! She probably realized how I upset I got, and was quick to say, «Oh those? …those must be new» to justify that she doesn’t have them in stock. I shook my head and walked off. I SO wanted to hand it to her… but instead, I walked off… and decided to write a review. She did say she’s sorry, but it was a tad bit too late.
