This pharmacy absolutely sucks!!! If you value your time then don’t waste it here trying to get your prescriptions filled. They don’t have it together one single but. They don’t know a thing about customer service and the pharmacist«Sadia» was app condescending to me over the phone that there is no excuse to treat anybody, let alone your customers the way she tasted me. I will say some of the technicians are very nice bite nice doesn’t get you through there any sooner. If I could give 0 stars I would.

The only pharmacy near my home that is 24hours. They try SO hard to do a great job, but ALWAYS miss the mark. The issue is lack of efficiency with staff, the employees seem to lack the training needed to help all customers that use this location. They have friendly smiling faces and are courteous– always; but at the end of the day, the customer just wants their medications, their insurance properly billed and the correct price to be given. This is lacking at this location… Always a line, wait quotes are an hour or so if you are waiting for medications, even when it’s for birth control pills or very simple prescriptions– the«grab and go» type? It seems as if they need more cross training for employees on «HOWTOHELP» and possibly more staff to handle the customer traffic. I wish the CVS near my home was 24hours… Back again a month later… I guess I’m a glutton for punishment… I’m NEVER using this place again… waited an hour and a half for my meds… when I was told 20 min

I have a CVS and this walgreens almost to same distance, but I rather choose this one for my prescription because it was on my way. However, I would not sent a prescription again here! They didn’t communicate with my insurance and I had to wait until the third day to get my prescription, when I called the insurance and they gave my medicine. They have nice service in the rest of the place that’s why 2 stars, otherwise, 0!

Unprofessional staff, inappropriate way to entering data into system, causing error, then calling wrong number to verify insurance coverage for flu shot. 40 minutes waiting for a flu shot with no line. A big down for Walgreens not training the staff before handing insurance coverage other than prescription drug coverage.

Advertisement had no caution involved… When you get your flu shot or any other immunization at Walgreens, between September 2nd and October 13th, you will help provide a lifesaving vaccine to a child in a developing country through the UN Foundation’s Shot@Life program. Exactly why I went here today to get my flu shot, I don’t need a high dose just a regular dose, after the tech drilled through insurance, etc. audio style not on paper, informs me out of vaccine. What? Over ten years as a Walgreen’s customer in various parts of Texas, am no longer a customer, incompetent enough to give wrong information, incompetent enough to give the wrong immunization. Meh, no foul, no harm mentality. Hopped over to my local grocery store and got a flu shot, no cost, prevention is the key to good health.

Even though I have 2 closer CVS pharmacies, I rather visit this Walgreen’s. The service and people here have always been more knowledgeable and don’t run and hide. Plus their pharmacy dept knows what it’s doing. I don’t always get that feeling at other places. But don’t expect low prices, this is a convenient stop, but if you look carefully, you can find good deals
