He laid out the entire game plan for how he was going to paint my apartment, what I needed to do to get the place ready, and timeline of the project. He addressed all of my concerns about some damage in the apartment, and also explained how he could even get to the more difficult areas. John displayed expert knowledge in his craft through the entire process. When John showed up he was overly prepared and ready to work. Whenever he ran into any issues or had questions about color he made me aware and promptly recommended the best solution. As someone who hates painting and was dreading the possibility of doing it myself, I can honestly say hiring John Donovan Painting was the best decision I made when moving into my apartment. I have recommended John to other friends and family and every project turns out to be better than expected. The best thing about John Donovan painting is that he doesn’t try to cut corners or low ball you to get your business and then ask for more money later. He is very straightforward, tells it like it is, and knows that his expertise and professionalism back up his product. I would recommend John to anyone that is looking to get a timely paint job, done right, interior or exterior.

My experience with John Donovan Painting was nothing short of GREAT! I’d say the most impressive part of the job was the level of communication I received from John and his employees. Throughout the entire process they went out of their way to let me know exactly what was being done, why it was being done and the most cost effective way to have it done. It was a two day job and on both days I came home to an absolutely clean workspace. I’ve recommended them in the past and will continue to do so going forward.
