Less than ideal.
They ran out of food midway through my niece’s wedding reception and a bunch of people that RSVPd didn’t even show up! What were they going to do if everyone had shown up? Isn’t running out of catered food at a reception the cardinal sin of weddings?
Overall, the food was mediocre. Cold vegetables which were clearly frozen and terrible Fettuccine Alfredo topped the list of bad food.
To sum it up– very small dance floor, slow service in getting salad refilled, inattentive wait staff, weak drinks from the bar. However, the cocktail hour ran smoothly and the appetizers were pretty decent. Plus, the place settings were attractive, complete with fairly nice flatware and stemware.
Décor was less than upscale. Honestly, it needs a makeover. I hate the wallpaper, it’s kinda tacky. My husband’s aunt said her daughter, Dawn, had her reception there in the 90’s and it looked exactly the same. Now that’s dated…
