Have been here a few times, last night was the last time for me. Employees were not taught customer service skills, food was not good and WAY over priced.

Per the service and food tonight it is SHOCKING to me that this location has 4 stars. We had a small order, 1 regular roast beef, 1 loaded Italian sandwich and 1 order of curly fries. They put it to the side apparently and never called it out to us, so it sat there and got cold. Did they bother offering to replace it, nope… so it sat there, we had to go up and ask about it, then the guy says we gave it to you… oh wait, here it is… cold…have a good night

Over the years I have been here many times. Never had a problem with service or food quality. It’s a tad expensive for me so I don’t go as often as I would like.
