Drive thru person was friendly and professional. Fast service. Order was accurate. Everything was there. Food was hot even after driving home. Fries were not old. I’m glad this place is close to my house. I’ll definitely be coming back for my burger fix.

They usually do good but I’m pretty annoyed that my breakfast burger didn’t have egg in it. That’s the best part!
Update: I went to carls jr a week ago made a $ 15 purchase, and they didn’t charge me until one week after. Now I’m in the hole. If
I had known it didn’t hit, i wouldn’t have spent my $$. Thanks carls jr.

I picked up dinner for my mom and I here the other night. I ordered the Star burger that’s on special and a side salad for each of us. It took 20 minutes to get our food. The salad was warm and the burger was cold. We tried to eat the food, but ended up throwing it away. We both ended up very ill that night. We think we got food poisoning from there. We will not eat there again.

We stopped here for breakfast on our way out of town. I don’t like the breakfast biscuits as much as those from Burger King or McDonalds, but the restaurant itself was clean and comfortable enough. Would have been interested to check the quality of the lunch and dinner options.

Carl’s Jr has some of my favorite burgers! I have visited this Carl’s quite a few times and it’s always been decent enough. No bad experiences to speak of.
