Just came here for lunch. I was apprehensive because of the reviews, but my order came out fast and hot. The lady at the counter was nice. All my food was correct. And it was during lunch time. The lobby was over half full with 3 cars in the drive thru. Not bad at all. :)

I have been going to this BK more often as of late and they have gotten our order wrong quite a few times. And when I called and complained they just basically said come in now to get a replacement or forever hold your peace. The drive thru is also VERY slow. There is always 2 – 3 cars in the line and they take forever to clear out each car.

This is the very first time in my entire life, that I consumed a meal from BK. I was always the one who believes that a good burger would either has to be from in-n-out, or a restaurant. How ignorant :) After days of driving, I could no longer resist the urge to have junk food, so I pulled off the freeway, and decided I am going to BK. I ordered their Mushroom swiss whopper with small fries and a small oreo shake – when in Rome. The burger is delicious, bun is perfectly toasted, the mushrooms are fresh, beef is quite amazing. Their fries is so crunchy, that I really couldn’t just have one. The shake is good too. I may or may not go back to BK again for the rest of my life – mostly because I try to eat healthy. But this once in a lifetime experience is Whatchamacallit – not bad at all!

Although the food is good. Completely missing the mark. Asked for chicken got burger. When corrected, got onions. Asked for no onions. Manager was so upset by mistake. She took over order. And dumped way to much BBQ sauce and smashed chicken sandwich. Wow! On Father’s Day. Thanks so much. Not.

Prices are up 50% on Most Value menu items. I had a Whpr Jr, bun was dry. Fries were tasty and hot though.
