Over the past few years I’ve been having a bad experience every time I go in to this location. Maybe it’s bad luck on my part but every single time I’ve gone, the employees are hanging out with a friend that stopped by and when I come in they don’t bother to hide how annoyed they are that they have to do their job. I try to be cheerful and nice and I get ignored and my card is practically thrown back at me. Employees come and go and they’ve all treated me the same, almost like theyre trained to be unwelcoming. I’m sorry that I’m interrupting your hang out time with your buddies and making you do your job, won’t happen again!

Most Jamba Juices I’ve been too have employees that are mediocre toward their customers. At this one, completely different aspect. Great employees, fast delivery of my smoothies, and a just all around great establishment!

Favorite drink is Strawberry Surf Rider. Nothing compares! I love the citrus/​lime flavor of this drink.

We waited 10 min. To be served… Only to find out that she had already cleaned the machine and it was «Shut down» what kinda place closes early only to deny service to the guest during the business hours. Worst customer service.

Save your money and go elsewhere. Received our greens drinks and they were full of air and warm. Went back to ask for new drink and she just poured drink over ice.

We stopped while traveling down I5, the location was right off the freeway.
They had just opened and the manager helped us, she was so sunshiney and happy that we even felt more energized when we got back in the car.
