Awesome customer service. The lady behind the counter was help when I was sending a package to Chico CA to my brother, I wanted to send it two day delivery but she was helpful enough to tell me that ground shipping would cost less and arrive in two days because I was sending to a location on the west coast. Anyone that can save me a few bucks on shipping is alright in my book. I will be only using this store to send all my packages. Having only one nephew in Chico I send a lot of packages throughout the year.

Excellent responsiveness by the guy over the counter! After boxing up the package and almost getting ready to paste on the address stickies, my gf said no to the shipment! He didn’t mind that he wasted 8 minutes of his time! Thanks for being flexible!
