Ireland’s has provided a wonderful growing experience for my 6 and 8 year-​old girls and for countless other families that I have met. The school is very clean and organized and uses Swain mats (which are very expensive, professional-​grade athletic flooring). I have seen them regularly cycle out their older pads and gear to ensure that they have new and safe equipment for the students. I appreciate the investment in safety and a quality for the children.
I’m impressed with the professionalism of the Instructors and how they move kids along with their training in a firm and positive way. Positive reinforcement is the standard teaching tool and I like how the instructors are physically fit and demonstrate the techniques for their students. The lessons are very structured and the instructors set good examples for the children.
At the end of class students can turn in weekly reports from teachers (for academics) and/​or parents (for chores and behavior) to earn recognition and stars for their uniforms, which reinforces the core values taught in class. They have very high standards, but also allow each student to progress at their own pace. If you are interested in the least of having your children try martial arts, I highly recommend that you give them a try. Ask about free introductory lessons.

Our youngest has been training there for over a year now and really enjoys it. The instructors are great and personable, offering a fun yet disciplined environment.
