Went to get something«hot-n-ready» because I had 3 kids in the car. I ordered, paid for, then was informed it was going to be 10 – 15 minutes. I don’t think I’ll be back.

We generally like some Little Ceasars Deep Dish, especially when there’s no good pizza on the coast where we are. We stopped in here to get some for the trip back home but the service was the worst we’d ever encountered, the pretzel sticks were totally off(seemed like they put salt on old crust that was cut up – it was so bad we couldn’t eat it) and the pizza was undercooked. We ended up stopping by the one in Monmouth(our usual place) and they were kind enough to change everything out and give us fresh food… They’re the best Little Ceasars around. This location sucked and we’ll never go back. Thank goodness this wasn’t our first impression of LC, they give the brand a bad name with their snotty customer service and bad food.

I love how they advertise«hot and ready.» I’ve given the several chances, but NEVER have they had their hot and ready menu items ready to sell in three years. Tonight was the topper as first I had to wait for a cheese pizza which was sold to someone just walking in after I had paid and then watching all of the crazy bread being sold while I was waiting for my order. When I complained, I got confronted by a very rude customer(as if it was her business) and then offered what appeared to be weeks old wings for my troubles. Sorry, but that was your last chance. I will never be back!

It’s pizza. Nothing spectacular, but not horrible. I do not care for their sauce, which is very… eh, just uninteresting. I will generally order pizza without it, and it becomes sort of a large cheese-bread. The price is good though, though this Keizer location can get busy and sometimes the service is slow. Calling ahead usually helps out with the matter though. Nothing much to write home about. It’s a chain.
