I went through the drive thru at this location and got great service – unexpected for a fast food restaurant. They gave me everything I ordered exactly how I ordered it, which is also a nice surprise. At the other location in keizer I have had to drive back because things have been missing in my orders. This location is also very clean and updated.

I can’t wait for the other taco bell on lancaster to re open. Every time I go here there’s an issue with my food.
Today I ordered two bean burritos on my app and asked for no salsa or onions. And that’s what I got in them. They got thrown away. I also ordered chips and cheese and my cheese was less than half full and so were my chips. Last time my chips were also half full and I found some black lettuce in my tacos and had some stale shells.

Usually the freshest food however the… Let’s say «slowest» crew. I’m not sure why you need a fork with your nachos instead of the hot sauce you were offered. But hey, who doesn’t have a stockpile of Taco Bell sauce at home? Worth it…

The Baja Blast Originally came out as a Soda, So when ordering a Baja Blast I assume that I’m ordering the carbonated soda version, Not the Baja Freeze. Today when I went through Taco Bell drive through with the purpose of getting a Baja Blast for my friend and I (literally the only reason we went there for lunch) When the employee went to hand me my drinks they were the Baja Freeze… I very politely said «I’m so sorry those were meant to be the soda not the freeze.» Employee gave me a nasty look and «ARE YOU SERIOUS?!» and just stared at me… Then the employee pushed the drinks in my face and said «Well they will get thrown away if you don’t take them.» Then she very short handed me my food and said my sodas would take a couple minutes. I then just refused the drinks. As someone that works in a customer service job I know how it is, and I am a pretty understanding person but the employees attitude was awful. If Taco Bell could take one thing from my review I hope it is that the when someone asks for a Baja Blast it is probably the ORIGINAL Soda not the disgusting freeze! and if you are not sure double check!
