From my initial phone call, which was enthusiastically answered by Wes, to purchase of a keyboard for our grandchildren, I was well served and satisfied. The selection was great, alternatives explained and the atmosphere welcoming and inclusive. An all together positive place to give your business.

This is the best music store in the area. Always friendly and helpful and they have always had exactly what I’ve needed. Occasionally I’ve attempted to shop at other local music stores only to find myself back at Uptown Music because the other store didn’t have what I wanted and weren’t nearly as friendly. This is a great store, shop here!

The service is impeccable. I was in a jam (not the good kind), and the manager and his employees really helped me out. I don’t want to disclose exactly what happened because I don’t want to cause a run on the store… but let’s just say the willingness to meet my request was nothing short of remarkable. Totally unexpected, totally awesome, and I am totally buying anything music-​related at Uptown Music. Thank you all!

I got a great deal on an Eastman acoustic… a great deal. I won’t say how much, because it was a blowout, but I saved considerably more than any price I could find on the internet. It’s also worth mentioning that Shane was extremely patient as I waffled about what instrument to buy, and repeatedly strummed the same three chords (the only ones I know) on a variety of axes. I will definitely be back to Uptown next time I need equipment, and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone in the area.
