COPY AND SHIP HQ

This is the second time I’ve come here to mail something, only to find the place still closed after posted opening hours. This time, there’s a line of people out front waiting, and the place should’ve opened 15 minutes ago. Customers’ time is important, especially at the beginning of the business day. This place would do well to value it.
I won’t be back.

2 people in the shop and only one person was helping guest. They have signs all over the place saying «out of free tape for your box $ 1.00 cash only» and 10.00 minimum for CC. I could potentially ship thousands of dollars through here, but it makes you want to not go back.
UPDATE: Had to to update this review to 1 Star from 2. I thought I would give them a 2^nd chance and possibly change my review, but that did not go well. Owner was very threaten by this online review. I attempted to explain that their signage was a way of «yelling» at their customers unintentionally, but instead proceeded to start preaching to me that the review was not very christian. He even went as far as to facebook stalk me (knew several details about me), but not address my concerns as a proper business owner. His co-​worker (wife I assume) was pleasant, but he would not allow her to get a word in. Refused to accept my FedEX Air shipment. I will not be recommending anyone use this establishment.
