5 star on selection, 5 star on customer service, but as for the front cashier guy… uhh no. He never made eye contact with any of us. After swiping our card he threw it back at us on the counter and didn’t offer a bag for the cigars. Then when we asked if they had any matches or cedar strips he replied «basket» and pointed towards the end of the counter, still not making eye contact.
As for the actual shopping experience, it was fantastic. They have a wide variety and the guy inside the humidor really helped us out. Austin knew the history and details of every single cigar offered. He personally had tried all of them too so he could give us a great opinion.
The place atmosphere had a bunch of couches and TVs set up around and in the back was a bar. They had live music playing and plenty of places to sit. It had a cool feel to the place.
We definitely will be back.

Frequent visitor of this location, and there is a reason I keep coming back time and time again — — the service and people are great. At some cigar lounges, if you aren’t a regular or a major connoisseur of cigars you will quickly feel out of place. That is not the case here, as they treat everyone the same and are WILLING to help you out if you need assistance. Whether it be pointing you to a good cigar, getting you a drink from their fully stocked bar, or even just casual conversation – nothing feels forced or rushed and that is what makes a place like this special.
Friday night they have LIVE music from local artists, they always have sports on the TVs, there are couches, chairs, and even patio seating. All of the staff is attentive and have friendly personalities.

Very friendly employees who are very helpful and knowledgable. This is the place to come for premium cigars and accessories. If you are in the area and or need to go out of your way to get here, it will be well worth it. Great walk in humidor!!!

My fiancé and I stopped in here on a whim after leaving No Frills one night. It doesn’t jump right out at you, as it’s located on the corner of a strip mall, but the neon signs are what caught our attention.
We are by no mean cigar aficionados, but we like a good cigar from time to time. This place did not disappoint.
From the time we walked in to the time we left, the staff member was very attentive. I liked the fact he was engaging with customer smoking in the lounges when we walked in. It definitely gives the warm feeling of staff that enjoys it customer and appreciates the product just as much as the customers do. The humidor was much bigger than what we’ve been in before at other shops. Had a huge variety of cigars and plenty of stock.
The guy who assisted us (I wish I would have caught his name) was just great. I was looking for a new cigar to try and he listened to my likes and dislikes. I can confirm that the suggestion he made was on point.
We made our purchase and took the cigars home to smoke, but we were informed there was a full bar in the back with additional tvs from what you could see in the front. That is definitely a winner in our book. Next time we stop in we will definitely be staying for a cocktail while enjoying our cigar.

Great selection and service plus a nice bar setting. I went to Michael’s in Grapevine forever and they are equally great.

Definitely a cool little joint. The crew up front as well as back in the bar area are very helpful. It offers a comfy lounge up front, walk-​in humidor, a full service bar (which usually has some type of band playing), and a patio. What else could you ask for?

Great service and selection. Bob and Andrew are great at helping people find their cigars and recommending ones to try. This is a great lounge to spend a couple hours with a highly entertaining fan base to talk to.

Michaels is one of the best cigar shops in the metroplex. The staff is extremely knowledgable an friendly. I particularly enjoy the new sticks that Austin is always willing to discuss. This is the level of service that I expect when enjoying my pastime.

I didn’t know this place was actually open. I’ve driven by this a few times, and outside all you see is a big sign saying «CIGARS». It didn’t look open as there were no cars out front and the windows are all covered in that anti-​sun shading so you can’t see inside. The outside has zero character, which I find to be the fault of most any store in this area of Texas. You never know what you’ll find inside.
I decided to see what was up one day on my way to a friend’s house so I stopped by and got some cigars. As I walked up to the door, I saw the place is actually called «Michael’s» — you’d never know it as you drove by — the only sign is the big CIGARS which I guess was good enough to get my attention.
Inside is bright and clean and new. And well designed. There’s a lounge area up front, a room in back with couches, etc (I don’t know if it’s private or not) and a big well-​lit humidor on the right. It’s a GIANT room and so well-​kept. It’s lit with nice white LED lights so it’s cleanly-​lit and easy to see what you’re looking for. A majority of humidors I’ve been in keep the lights low so it’s hard to see what you want. But this might be the nicest humidor I’ve been in. I bought a box of small cigars — Cohiba — and checked out. Prices are same as anywhere else, and the lady working the register along with the random guy standing there were pleasant enough.
I’m glad this place is here and I’ll be back for sure. Nicest cigar store around!!!

Great Cigar Shop !! Service is great, selection is great, staff is great ! Quality cigars, with many selections. New products that the staff knows about. Events that has great prizes and prices.

It’s always clean and well organized as soon as your walk in. Despite the fact that multiple cigars are lit when you roll in the place… Roll, get it? Anyway… It’s not a smoky joint at all, I’ll explain in a few more sentences.
There’s no shortage of cigar enjoyment paraphernalia: humidors, lighters, cutters, ashtrays, and more. There are even lockers for rent to keep your uh, stash.
The walk-​in humidor is completely packed of many, many choices for all sorts of tastes. Mild to wild, cheap to «are you freakin’ kidding me?» More than enough to impress a novice or a self appointed descendant of the aficionado caste. Doesn’t matter, the staff is more than willing to lend assistance or make recommendations to help you look like you know what you’re doing.
Feel free to pay and go or stick around and smoke up front or in their sweet fully stocked bar. There’s a ventilation system that keeps the place from looking like inside Cheech and Chong’s ride. The adult beverage selection is superb and the atmosphere is very laid back. There’s live music every Friday and definitely a place you should check out even if just out of sheer curiosity.

Probably shouldn’t let the cat out of the bag on this place because it will get too busy, but this is a great place and Kevin and Courtney are top notch when it comes to taking care of their customers. Twice now, we have shown up to find they are out of a preferred beer and Kevin has gotten on the phone and taken care of it within a very short time so that we could enjoy ourselves. We really want them to make it in this new location so here goes: The cigar selection is large with good variety and more coming each week. They have even taken the time to stock and label the rated cigars from Cigar Aficionado’s top 25 list so they are easy to find. They are also responsive to suggestions on what to stock if they don’t carry it and have already delivered on our first request., Lounge is comfortable, beer is cold and the bar is well stocked (read Macallan, TX and most anything else you might want). The 80″ LED TV in the main lounge isn’t too shabby either. We are huge fans. Highly recommended, just save us a table!

Wow! This place is awesome! I went here last night with my wife and father-​in-​law. They have a full walk-​in humidor with a fantastic cigar selection. I don’t know how many brands, but it’s definitely a lot.
They carry lighters, cutters, and various supplies. They have a full bar and two large flatscreen TVs (one is like 70 – 80 inches) inside of two large lounges for relaxing, smoking, and watching sports. I don’t think it could get much better, but they said they have more good things on the way.
They also offer a club membership that provides discounts on purchases and gives the member the option to rent a humidor locker. Its kind of pricey for me, but probably a benefit to big time cigar smokers.
