I have a vintage German cuckoo clock that had been sick for about 20 years, subject to the attention of a couple of kids. The weights had been pulled too hard and the inner were messed up since my son was young.
I brought this clock to Garner Wallace, found out it was worth much more than I thought, and asked if it was repairable. They said yes, and quoted me a price. When I picked up the clock, it was cleaned and working once again, and they told me that the repairs were not as extensive as they originally quoted, and I only had to pay half the estimate.
I brought in a kitsche clock that has one of those battery operated works so common in clocks now. Except mine no longer worked. Again, quoted estimate, and superb workmanship shown when I picked up the clock.
I am very satisfied with their work. They also will put in watch batteries and clean older watches. I have been taking my broken treasures to them one piece at a time.

This place is fantastic! By far, the best place to get your Rolex serviced. Todd is professional, friendly, and a watch expert. He serviced my DateJust in one week to almost new condition, which is an accomplishment for a 20+ year old watch. And you can not beat his prices. Very fair, so much better than Rolex or any other place that I visited.

I went in to get a new battery and I was out in under 5 mins. I don’t know what the common charge is for battery replacement — he didn’t charge me anything. I was very impressed!

Took in five watches that all needed something different… crystal to batteries. Work completed in TWO days! I am very impressed with this shop and will definitely be returning with watch problems as well as to do antique jewelry shopping. Fast, friendly and quality workmanship.

This guy is a Rolex expert. He changed my dial, added links. And added diamonds to the bezel

The shop was a little hard to find; when turning onto Keller-​Hicks it’s north behind the appliance store, & the entry door is just off the sidewalk to the right of the salon. It took him less time to replace 2 watch batteries than it did for me to check-​in & write my review, & very reasonably priced at just $ 10 each (a very small surcharge if paying by credit but I didn’t mind), clean shop offered Keurig coffee & water, & the gentleman who helped me was very kind. A very pleasant experience & a shop I’ll definitely return to.
