when I moved in I notated that the carpet was not new, the previous renter had pets. I stayed there for 12 months, finished out my lease and moved out. I was not given a final walk through. I did however receive a final bill which included 959.10 for 46 months of carpet life left at $ 20.85 a square foot with 10 days to pay it. There were no tears, stains and it showed normal wear and tear. I asked for a regular cleaning when I moved out and I do not have any pets and I am beyond irate that they are charging me for all new carpet.

I would recommend this place. Nice management and maintenance team. Hardly encountered issues. The lawn mower frequently cleaning up leaves a mess at the patio and front porch, be prepared for it when living in first floor lawn area apartments.

Everything from the office staff, to the facilities, to the maintenance staff is GREAT! I’ve lived here for 2 years and have never had any issues. Maintenance requests are always taken care of in a timely manner and the staff is friendly and professional and lease renewal couldn’t be any easier. Thank you Grand Estates at Keller!
