Keller Nails

I’ve always been a fan of this place. But 2 out of the 3 times I’ve been there lately the lady who has done my nails seems to be in a hurry and not happy at all about doing my nails. My nails look like a child painted them

I found my new favorite place!!! After a year of searching, I found her! Holly!!! She is a perfectionist! I absolutely love the way she did my acrylics. I will be back. ;)

No stars! My friend had a gift card here. We got deluxe pedicures the lady was rude and barely rubbed my feet at all. Not coming back.

Gross!!! They do not practice proper sanitation/​sterilization! They never pulled instruments from a sterile pack, they placed used gloves back into a box of new gloves, and the price did not match the service we received. I will not return… The fact that they re-​use disposable gloves and can’t sterilize their instruments is a deal breaker for me.

Love this place. Great and friendly service. They did a great job. They offer a 10% student discount.

Keller Nails is the best nail salon I’ve been too. The staff are always very friendly and welcoming. It’s a great atmosphere and it doesn’t hurt their pedis last for a long time! Also, the ladies at this salon do a fabulous job on solar/​pink and white nails. After coming here, I’ll never go to another nail salon again!

Terrible! My 16 year old daughter left with her nails bleeding and when she told them to stop and it hurt, they told her not to tell her mother. I went in and asked for the license number of the person who did her nails so I could report them to the state board (which I did!) and after 45 minutes of excuses (they didn’t have it, come back tomorrow) they finally wrote down a number which I don’t even think was real. It is state law to post a valid license on the wall AT ALL TIMES for anyone working in the salon. I don’t think the girl who did my daughter’s nails was even licensed! She tried to soak off her acrylic nails with HOT WATER instead of acetone. They are clearly not following state board procedures and I wouldn’t be surpised if someone got some type of infection from getting their nails done there. Do yourself a favor and stay away!

Great place to relax while enjoying a mani-​pedi! The staff is friendly and professional. The services are incredibly relaxing and the mani-​pedis last for a really long time!
I came here with my future mother in-​law and we got matching mani-​pedis. The mani was the gel polish that (over a week and half) has yet to chip. The pedi was regular polish that also (over a week and a half) has yet to chip. I don’t live in the area but was visiting my future in-​laws for Thanksgiving and let’s just say that I would definitely come back when visiting.
