We are new to the area and this was our closest garden center. It is truly a beautiful place and unlike a few other reviewers we had a great experience with the staff. Very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be coming back.

We had an excellent experience with this company and so far we are pleased with the way everything looks. They completed the work in a timely manner. Their workers cleaned up the yard well. Our landscaping looks very good and we believe the plants they helped us choose are appropriate for our yard. They have a one year guarantee on the plants if they are cared for properly, so we are being very careful to keep them watered correctly. Brian has been easy to deal with and we recommend giving them an opportunity to get more business.

We took our kids pumpkin shopping, it’s a nice little area where they can choose a pumpkin, jump in the bounce house or play basketball. The problem with this place is the prices and the people who work there, they seem to think they are doing you a favor by selling you their overpriced pumpkins, I mean we could get the same exact size pumpkin at Kroger for $ 5 they are charging &15-$ 20 ridiculous! But, we were there already, my wife was determined to find a good size pumpkin that wasn’t so expensive, since they are individually priced you can get lucky and we did, we found different variety of pumpkin decent sized for $ 20. At the register a frowned old man took our card, swiped it and gave me a receipt. I assumed it was mine I thanked him and he immediately replied«signature«in a very rude demanding way. As we were walking away my wife heard him say to a female behind the counter«I don’t think that pumpkin was really $ 20» insinuating we changed the price. Like we would carry a red sharpie around on our pocket To mess with the prices… really? Again it happened with another guy when I was loading the pumpkin in the car, this time he insinuated to my wife that we changed the price by saying«that is to chap for pumpkin that size! Are you sure that is the price?» To what we replied: «I don’t make them, you do, do you see any other price on it? Does it look like we altered it?» Not again! Not every

Disappointment doesn’t even begin to describe our experience. Too much happened to even go into, however, please steer clear of this place. They do not deserve your hard-earned money.

They lost my business over a $ 15 plant. My husband and I just built our flower bed and were ready to plant flowers. I came here and spent $ 140 in plants and was ready to spend more. Unfortunately, one of the plants they sold me was broken, but I did not notice it until I tried to plant it. It looked perfectly fine in the pot, but once I took it out, I noticed a big part of the root was broken. No matter how hard I tried to make it stay up, the plant kept flopping over. So I figured I could at least exchange it for a healthy plant, right? Boy, was I wrong! When I arrived, I let them know that I planned on buying more plants and that I had a problem with this one. The manager on duty refused to exchange it for me since I had taken it out of the pot. I paid $ 15 for this plant, so I know the cost for them is a few dollars at most. I wasn’t even asking for a refund. All I wanted was an exchange. But due that woman’s treatment of me, I will never set foot in this place again. What a shame that they are willing to lose a customer for life over a measly $ 15 plant. I emailed the owner, and he apologized. He offered to exchange the plant for me, but the damage had been done. I just wanted to inform him that his employees are making his company look unfavorable due to their bad decisions.

We’ve been driving past this place for years. We always marvel at how beautiful the large tree out front is decorated at Christmas time. Well after striking out a Jabos the other day, we decided to see what Landscape Systems Garden Center has to offer. We just wanted a splash of color for a couple of pots we have out front. In this heat we also need something hardy. After looking around a bit we decided to give some vincas a try. As we browsed inside Thuy saw that a lot of the ceramic pots were on sale, so we ended up buying one of those too. All in all the prices struck me has a tad high, but the quality ang selection looked good, and coupled with the sale items it was a pretty good visit. We will definitely keep Landscape Systems Garden Center on our comparison list from now on, especially since we drive right past it several times per week.

Bought two big palms last year and had them plant them. I had concerns about the cold hardiness of the trees but the owner said they will be good and that they are guaranteed anyway. Well, guess what? They died. And the owner tried to tell me it got so cold that he couldn’t guarantee them! After arguing he said he would give me 50% credit. Which is probably just his markup so he’s really losing nothing. I am the big loser here. So now I’m stuck relying on them to plant two new trees. I sat around this morning waiting for them to show. I finally call them and they say they are running 5 hours late. Really!!! They weren’t going to even call me. Bottom line is Landscape Systems of Texas sucks.
