Todd & his Modern Media team sold & installed equipment: A/​V receiver, 5.1 Surround Speaker System in Living Room, Speaker Systems in Kitchen, Office Room, Outdoor Patio, Remote Control System, TV cabinet, Network Switch, Power Protection.
I was extremely pleased with the work performed by Todd Forgan and his Modern Media team. They were very knowledgeable in all technical aspects of the project, worked with me diligently to accommodate my needs/​wishes, and executed everything perfectly with great attention to detail. Todd was very responsive and patient with me as we worked through all the details of my project. I could not have asked for a better vendor to install my audio system in my home.

We were challenged with building a room that both my wife and I could spend time together while watching different programs. Todd did a fantastic job working with our builder to prepare the project. He provided a couple of options on the layouts. We received a detailed proposal, that seems is difficult for some companies. Todd specifically outlined timeframe. He kept his word!
The result is a room that is perfect. My wife can watch her shows on the bottom big screen, I can watch my sports on the top big screen and we can listen to one or the other TVs. I can even use wireless headphones.

Okay, I seriously considered crawling under our 75 year old house to wire my vintage JBL speakers myself.
I couldn’t be prouder, nor more protective of these babies because James B. Lansing was my Grandfather. Ultimately, the «respect for quality sound» gene I inherited beat out the «don’t pay someone to do something you can do yourself» gene I also carry, and I called in the über professional, über kind, über knowledgeable Todd from Modern Media. Yeah, I «ubered» three times, but that’s also also courtesy of my German grandpop’s genes, ’cause Todd earned them.
In retrospect, I could never have done what Todd and his technician did. On his first visit (the day after I contacted him!), I told Todd what I’d dreamed up, in terms of design and placement. He was able to troubleshoot my dreams, execute my ideas, work in my budget, do the job on my schedule, and get amazing, flawless results.
And here I am, a week later, listening to Steely Dan, Dave Brubeck, Hank Williams, Frank Sinatra, etc., playing on a phonograph in another room, not a wire or component in sight. Just those beautiful JBL cabinets to look at and listen to.

Todd at Modern Media has created a whole house TV and music environment that I just love. He came over, took a look at the existing equipment and put together a plan to get everything working just right. He suggested a universal remote that is the easiest thing I have ever used to listen to music, watch TV or run a DVD.
He is meticulous about his work, reasonable in his rates and I would highly recommend him for any job you have large or small, regarding your home media needs.
