I’ve been to Polestar a number of times. Whether it’s software «crashes» or literal crashes where I’ve dropped my laptops (especially at the airport), they always find the trouble, do a good fix, have a quick turnaround time, and the price is always a relief.

For a small town computer store/​repair they seem to alway have what I need. Very helpfull and good customer service. They fixed several of my PCs and retrieved all my files when my harddrive went bad and I didn’t have a current backup.

Very helpful, great service, and always has what we need. We are two preforming, indie, musicians, so we print our own fliers, CDs, posters, etc. We’re always coming to Polestar buying printer ink and other supplies for our little indie selves.
They’ve fixed our computers before when they’ve needed debugging. Did a great job. The staff here is very eager to help and always gives accurate information. I come here as often as I can to help support local business. Absolutely nothing bad to say about them!
