Office Depot

This store had always offered marginal, uninspired service, and most of the time I simply overlook it because it’s close and convenient. By default if location alone, I estimate I spend somewhere inn the neighborhood of 700.00 — 1000.00 per year at this location. However, I went in Tuesday afternoon on my way to a business event, my business collaborator texted me and asked me to pick up a couple of items we needed for the event, & to top it off, it was pouring rain. So I get in drenched, find one item, and begin searching for the other item. Seemed to be 3 employees in the store, two roaming about stocking shelves and one checking. I asked about the product…“nope don’t have it” Ok I’m in a hurry so I grab my items, an umbrella (lol) & head to check out. The registers are closed and there’s a line in the print section where one snarky sour girl is checking people out and the line is 7 people deep. I wait for a couple minutes, spot a manager type stocking shelves and ask if that’s the only register open. His response without looking at me «Uhm…yes it is… we only have two people working the floor right now!» I was floored! No attempt to take care of the wet customers who chose to shop with you today… and stocking is the priority for the staff?. I left my products on the counter for him to restock and went to CVS. I’ll never return!

Absolutely awful experience! My PC crashed. They sold me an out of the box item as there inventory was low that had a bug on it!
But even worse then that was when Brian passed the work off to a trainee with little to no experience who only copied shells of the files!
It took two weeks before my data could be recovered. Can you imagine not being able to access work files for two weeks?
Brian constantly complaints that he’s either «just arrived» or «ready to leave» and then shoves the computer in front of the trainee whose a «deer in headlights».
It’s been three months since the incident of failing to transfer the files. The manager apologized and said he’d address it. But I went in just today and it was the same issue… Brian says he’s on his way out and makes faces at the new kid and says you’ll do it. Have fun. The new guy looks confused and scared :(
Absolutely no quality control. Nothings changed!
And I’ve paid extra to try to get rid of the bug on the computer they sold me. Still slow!

Office Depot/​Max just begin repairing cell phones. I dropped and broke the screen on my brand-​new iPhone yesterday. I contacted the iPhone store and got a big run around until I finally got a price to fix it. I called Office Depot and their price was just a little bit higher but they would repair it the same day while iPhone wanted to send it away for repair. I got my phone fixed within 2 ½ hours and was very happy with the professionalism of employee Brian who worked on my phone.

I went on a website
thinking I was speaking with Comcast IT as he did say he was with Comcast several times on the phone call, he entered my computer using
and installed a virus. I caught it while it was happening and I informed this man they will be reported to
for fraud and malicious activity and then the man said I’m exiting your computer now.

this site is whom installed a virus on my computer. The scam is they install a virus and tell you all the issues with you computer which I had none I was simple calling to address an email issue and then they proceed to try and sell you their services. I can not believe I allowed this man into my computer I truly know better.
I bought my lap top at this store and Kenneth with Office Depot Kemah Texas was impeccable with customer service, IT support and he calmed me down quit a bit I was really upset and a bit worried at what I had just watched happening to my lap top and possibly my private information.
Kenneth scheduled me in for Saturday and Today he restored my computer, installed my malware bytes and norton back on the lap top and ran a scan my computer is back to normal.
I can not speak highly enough on this store and In my mind their top employee Kenneth. From the moment of this malicious activity happened on Thursday he calmed me down on the phone, ran me through some processes and scheduled me in Saturday.
Bravo…Office Depot Kemah Texas you have an employee we all wish to deal with in customer service.

Well it is Office Depot so you know what you are going to get. Office supplies at an ok price. Not the cheapest but they do have a huge variety. You can also buy computers and digital cameras here and I have bought both at this location. The staff is ok but overall not a real welcoming place. It is so quiet and a little creepy. I’m usually in and out pretty quick though and that is a major plus when you are busy.

Needed biz cards on short notice. Marshall was a tremendous help and made the process quick and painless while helping other customers too.
