I am shopping around for a big job in my house. 3 other contractors are coming to give free estimates. the spanish gentlemen i got on the phone didnt want to come to the house unless we paid him $ 150 to do the estimate. What a joke. He said he cannot do it for free, cause he has to pay his franchise fees and cannot afford to do it for free. You’re a joke. How do you keep your doors open with a poor customer service?

He said «you think we are all mexicans? i explained to him the i am also of spanish decent. I didnt like the way he talked to me. He was very condescending he told me because it is a franchise that corporate has no say about what happens to him. He said he is the head mananger there and there will be no repercussions. i told him i was going to record the rest of the phone call. And to repeat the conversation. And he hung up on me. You have a very unprofessional people working for your company.
