Efficient and customer-oriented service at this clean restaurant, free wifi for customers, one TV screen with English subtitles, free and easy to park on their private parking lot, conveniently located near an Exxon, BP, and CITGO gas stations, etc.
The staff took customized orders graciously.

My friend and I attempted to stop in and use the drive thru on New Years Night. We pulled up to the menuboard & someone came over the speaker to ask us what we wanted, and we told them we were still deciding.
About a minute later we were ready and said several times we were, but no one responded. We tried pulling through again to trip the speaker and no one came on, and at that point we just left.
There were no hours on the door, so I had no clue if they were closed or not. Granted this is McDonalds and not a fucking five star restaurant, but it would have been really nice of them to just tell us they were closed, instead of just sitting around waiting.
