Crescent Harbor Modern Lighting

I purchased a light fixture from this company (AKA The Lighthouse) and when it arrived I saw a warning sticker on the package that said low voltage use only. IIt turned out that the fixture was actually mislabeled. However, as I couldnt use he fixture as it was labeled for installation, I followed the directions for a return per the company’s return policy on their website. I never even unpacked it. It took a week to get a return authorization. When I finally received the return authorization it said a 25% restocking fee will be charged. I was very upset but when I called them about it, they did then send a call tag and make me whole.
