The Kennebunk Community Garden is public garden plots, residents and nonresidents pay to rent plots of land to grow whatever they choose(flowers, vegetables, berries, etc). Its reasonably priced at $ 25/plot. The land is from an old farm and is very fertile! Also, a major part of the garden is a plot dedicated to the Maine Harvest for the Hungry, and St Martha’s Church food bank. This community garden is a great way to help the community and teach kids about gardening.
