Yes, Port Yoga is as good at it gets. Leslie Fore has built up a reputation as more than just a yoga teacher. She teaches the whole of yoga: yoga not just as postures but as a posture of the heart and a way of life. Leslie’s new address is 58 Summer St. in Kennebunk in her lovely New Englander home.

Leslie was great! My husband and I dropped in while vacationing in the area back in September. This was my husband’s first yoga class and she was very patient with him and his inflexibility. She took a little extra time to explain the poses for him but I do not think this detracted from the class for the other practitioners. I can’t remember if we took the Gentle Yoga or Slow Flow class but whichever it was — the class was on point for the description on her website.

Dropped in for a class on Wednesday and so happy that I did. Located right off Dock Square, it’s convenient to get to. Drop in classes are reasonably priced at $ 15 and yoga mats are provided. Leslie led a serene yet challenging class. Loved the lavender touch in the end but if you’re not into essential oils you can just pass on it. Overall, a great experience and I’ll be back for another.

Great yoga studio. Although it is In a vacation area, they are open year round. Leslie is welcoming, attentive and thorough. They often chant a bit at the beginning and meditate at the end, however you do not need to chant unless you choose. I always leave feeling great.

Leslie is an incredible teacher. She has the gift of being able to seemlessly teach to a class with students at varying levels. She incorporates yoga philosophy in a manner that relates to everyday life. The intensity of the class is what you make of it; no pressure from her. When in Kennebunk/Kennebunkport Port Yoga is a must visit yoga studio!
