3 weeks to diagnose a vehicle and no resolve. Had to take it to another shop. I have heard from other people in the lobby that they are not the quickest repair shop in town.

This is the first review I’ve ever written but I really wanted to because I’ve been so impressed. Jazz Automotive business card says honest, affordable and dependable. I would also add friendly and true professionals. I’ve been using Jazz Automotive for about the past 5 years. I recommended them to my sister my niece and a good buddy of mine and they won’t take their vehicles anywhere else from now on. There’s no reason to go anywhere else if you’re in Tarrant County for your auto repair needs. They will do what needs to be done, professionally and at the best price.

Brought my large work truck in for repairs (utilimaster stepvan) and these guys did a great job quickly and professionally. I still had product in my truck (potato chips) and the guys in the shop got 2 bags, the owner insisted that he needed to pay for them. Amazing honesty. I have found a new shop to help take care of my truck!
