USELESS! If these employees had an hour of training total, that would be alot! No one here knows what they are talking about. Every time I have a billing question, I get a different amount that is due, and every time I question it all I get is a «I don’t know, that’s all I can do». Get some more useful people in here, this is why I switched to Verizon! This location needs to hire more competent people, it does not take 3 employees to help ONE customer!
