The store looked like most any cellular store. I went in curious to hear about the various plans and if they could fit me into a better deal than my current provider. It was a very spontaneous visit as most of my visits tend to be so I didn’t plan correctly. The questions that were asked would probably be easy to someone who visited their provider’s website regularly but I do not. So be prepared for the, «How much data do you use?» Question. I didn’t know how much data I use so Johnathan was happy to help me log in on their company computer and let me look. He even remembered to log out. Turns out, I use A Bunch of G’s. My customer service rep and his co worker were blown away. Thanks for the very friendly service and I would recommend him to help you in the future. He promised to always be available for any further help and questions. Ask for Johnathan. Not sure if I will change plans but the visit was not the dreadful one I expected.
