Popeyes

Let me start out by saying that I don’t normally have bad experiences when I come here. There use to be a woman who was very enthusiastic and sang to you when taking your order. I haven’t seen her in some time now, but she was really great. Anyway, today I did have a bad experience. I ordered a three piece naked tender for myself and a breast/​2 legs for my grandma and bf. First, the man at the window tried to give me a box of 5 crunchy tenders. Luckily I checked the box and gave it back. As good as they looked, I’m trying to be healthier and I needed those naked strips. A manager came and assured us that what she was giving us was the right order, so I didnt check again. It was the right order, but I was very unhappy. I had asked for sweet heat sauce for my strips and payed for an extra one for my gma but there was no sauce. Also, my naked strips were about the size of my pinky finger. One was just complete fat so I couldn’t even eat it. Those things are expensive, man, please do them right! Those of us that are trying to be healthy still want a good amount of food!

This is one of the best Popeyes in the area. The staff is friendly and they serve fried liver. If I decide to eat Popeyes, I go out of my way to eat at this location.

I love Popeyes I can wait it any time of the day. Sadly the night crew at this location is so horrible that it discourages me from coming here anymore. I had to repeat my order to the lady like 6 times and she then told me to wait she was taking money from the person in front of me. Well by the time I went to pay she didn’t smile or anything she told me my total and said pull up they will bring ya food to you, no thank you have a nice night nothing. So when they brought my food to me they had this tall skinny white lady older mid 30s — early 40s long black pony tail. She came out and basically threw my food to me and went back in. I told her the night crew is so GOT DAMN rude and that I ate coming here at night because its that bad. Very unhappy with the night crew. Btw my order was wrong when I received it so yeah.

Ms. Cynthia… she should be featured in their advertising actually. Super cool lady.

I love popeyes chicken… I really could eat it for all meals. with that being said this location their night services is not friendly too many bad experiences. but I recommend going through the drive thru

Love the singing order-​taking woman! And I mean Popeyes is just delicious… What can I say? #7 with delta sauce PLEASE!!!

Chicken’s good but gives me an upset stomach most of the time. I think it’s the oil that’s not being changed out enough. Popeyes usually doesn’t give me an upset stomach, but the one on Williams will 9 out of 10 times. Service is below average… they can’t take an order through drive-​thru without screwing it up to save their life. Change the oil out when you’re supposed to and get some competent staff that can take a simple order and have the intelligence to follow it through by getting it correct and you would have a 5 star chicken spot.

Love that Chicken! If you go through the drive thru Ms. Cynthia sings your order to you and throws in a «who dat babay» which is perfectly awesome
