What is the deal with this location? Since Katrina, I have not been able to figure their hours out? Sometimes they close early, sometimes not. I can’t tell the amount of times I have driven up before midnight and had the signage lights out or every light on, but no one takes the order. If, by luck they do answer, they are ALWAYS out of something!

I wish I would have seen these reviews before I drove in here. I was starving since having not eaten since breakfast and had my mind on a spice chicken sandwich with baked potato. I drive to this place and they have no potatoes, no salads, no ketchup, no chili sauce almost nothing. They didnt have their lights on at 9pm so I thought maybe they closed early but I guess that was a sign saying dont think about coming here. The sandwich was as cold and stale as the french fries and my friends burger was ice cold as well. Wendy’s is normally better than most of these chains but not this one. I just wish late night had more competition than this junk.

Don’t go here! The worst staff ever! They never double check a bag and if you wait at the window to check your order they snarl at you. But they always forgot something! I got all the way home to find one of our meals were missing. Called and all they did was pick up the phone and hang up and then leave it off the hook. Spend your money somewhere else!

I recently discovered that Wendy’s microwaves some of their sandwiches. I ordered a double stack from this place and I noticed it was unusually hot. Turns out the meat was cooked more than an hour ago and the bread was moist from the microwave. They also do this with some of their breakfast meals. Customer services also leaves a lot to be desired.

With two bacon strips also I order my food at 11am and my burger was cold and looked like it might be from last night!

This Wendy’s is good during the day only when Mrs. Lisa is working. She’s great and customer service is awesome. At night they are so rude and act like they hate their job. They rush your food to you and rush you when ordering. Only worth it during the day.
