Great prices. Tortas are awesome! Hard to find good tortas anywhere. Small shack restaurant but still comfortable. Parking is a little small and ackward. All around ill be back again and again.

There was nothing redeeming about this place. When we walked in, we were the only non-Mexicans there… so we thought we might have stumbled upon a hidden gem. WRONG. The interesting pattern on the floor was ground in tortilla chips. The waitress didn’t speak enough English to tell the difference between sweet and un-sweetened tea… even after saying, «No sugar! No sugar!» The girly was too hungry to try to find anything else at this point(everything was closed or packed on a Sunday morning at 10:30am). She got the huevos rancheros and what came out were two fried eggs… with tomato soup on top(yes.soup)…and Ore-Ida crinkle fries. I kid you not. My Chicken Flaurtas were identical to anything you can get in the frozen food isle of Rouses. The service was slow and the food was all from frozen. NO thank you.

Tortas are fantastic. Pupusas as well. Tacos remind me of taco trucks in LA. mmmm. By far the best place I’ve had Honduran/Salvadorian/Mexican food in NOLA. I drool thinking about it now. Their albondigas soup is giant, their burritos are bursting. It is authentic. Your spanish will come in handy when you visit here.
