Would leave zero stars if I could, terrible bland food, tasted as though they didn’t season it at all. Broccoli was cold, and there was unmelted butter on it. Steak tasted unseasoned and was overcooked. Will not be going back. However in spite of all of this our waitress was fantastic, sweet, and attentive. So they have one thing going for them.

Enjoyed a nice evening here, walked in and was instantly seated. Took a minuted to be waited on but once we were, we went on and put our order in. Cant recall what my friend ordered, however I ordered what I can only find here, the grilled chicken wonton tacos with sweet potato fries and those 3 amazing sauces. Everything was so tasty, im never disappointed when i order these 2 items. Our hostess was really pleasant and quick. She came by to make sure we had everything we needed while we enjoyed our meal. This location is just spectacular!

First time here in a while, I used to come all the time. This time my dad was visiting from Oversees and he’s familiar with Applebee’s so we decided upon this one. Not sure as to whether we had a server who didn’t want to serve us or if our table was apart of the bartenders section but it was all very poor. Took 15 – 20 mins to be greeted and my son didn’t receive his apple juice till when the food came out.(Note: always bring the kids food/beverages out first.) the girl that brought our appetizer kind of flung it on the table and took of. And the ketchup that was left on our table was empty. No one came to check on. Should’ve just went to Twin Peaks.

Last night myself, my boyfriend, and two of our friends went to Applebees in Kennesaw, Ga. It was one of the worst restaurant experiences we have ever had. The night started off rough when a woman who clearly had way too many drinks and should not have been allowed to leave drove her car up the generator outside, was dragged back in, unable to walk on her own, and basically wrestled to the front of the store by three servers to wait for the cops. She could not even function on her own and the management team should not have let her leave, and the bartender should have cut her off. It’s been almost fifteen minutes since we ordered our drinks at this point and our server comes to our table to gossip about the drunk woman and tell us about her existing DUI record, as well as let us know the drinks will be out shortly. They come out about five minutes later. Forty minutes pass before we are checked on to order food. We tried to call server from the tablet but it was not operational. She finally comes by to get our food order and see if we need refills. It took almost ten minutes to get our drinks, and then a little after she came by to tell us the fryer in the back was broken and that’s why our food was taking so long, but it would be out shortly. After she tells us this, we watched her go put our order in the computer because she forgot. They finally brought the food out for three of us but not for the fourth, who only ordered a meatball appetizer. We had to remind her about the other food that never came out. The only thing given to us after this experience was the meatball appetizer. I’d also note the cook who walked around in cutoff sleeves which is both unsafe and unprofessional. Our bills totaled about $ 90 all together. All in all, our experience was horrible. The staff was unprofessional, the server inattentive, and half of the food was cold upon arrival. We will not be dining here again.

Consistent experience. Since we are a family we always get seated promptly then ignored. Chose to leave after being there 15 minutes and we’re not served or greeted by anyone but the hostess. Same experience a couple of months ago an we thought it might have just been a busy day.

I’ve always enjoyed Applebee’s and today was no exception! Great service from Stephanie who was friendly & prompt. I always had a full iced tea. I usually try one of their signature salads such as the Asian chicken with mandarin oranges & crispy rice noodles. However, today I ordered the Chicken finger basket with honey mustard. The dish is available in the smaller basket size or the larger platter size. It’s nice to be able to choose the portion size & price point to your liking! The chicken fingers are generous enough that the smaller portion is plenty for me. 100% all white meat lightly fried for a crispy taste. Fries are yummy too! My dad & I also ordered chips & salsa and the spinach dip. Plenty to take home for left overs all the way around. With there 2 for $ 20 menu, there’s plenty to choose from! I dinged 1 star for location. It’s in a very congested area and not too easy to get to if you’re not already over that way. Luckily, they have many area locations. Recommend.

I use to come here a lot after work and was always treated very well. Things have not changed at all. I ordered my food to go and sat at the bar. The bartender Sean was great he knew a lot about the menu and was very nice and kept a smile on my face. I was in a bad mood, very sad due to personal issues and was not even going to order a drink. But his kind spirit was amazing! Thanks Sean for brightening up my day!

What a dead store. With gross 80’s contemporary music. I don’t know why I keep trying to remember Applebee’s as good. I think it’s because they have that delicious blondie brownie thing for dessert. Problem is, the food is so bland and bad, and the service so spotty usually, that by the time you’re done, you’re just ready to GO. Forget dessert. Anyway, tried again, failed again. Went after the lunch rush, party of one, there were maybe five diners inside. Ordered. Five minutes later, appetizer comes. Great! Then, 20 minutes later the lunch special, Honey Pepper Mac & Cheese«entrée» shows up. It was a KIDDIESIZED dish! Get real, Applebees. Done and over it.

Located next to the mall. Had the 2 meal 2 appetizer deal for 22 bucks or something like that. They were playing music WAY too loud, and it wasn’t good music IMHO Standard applebees

Fairly decent place to eat. I enjoy their food and their sevice I’d rate a 4 out of 5. Sometimes they’re slow; sometimes they’re fast. You just have to hope you go on the right day and not get paired with a lazy waiter.

Am I being Punk’d? Ok so we got a gift certificate for this place. Never have really liked Applebee’s, nor are we big fans of TV dinners, but it was $ 25 and we were determined to spend it. The arrangement of the place reminds me of those old hotels in Beijing where the folks would crawl into these little drawers and sleep — about 30 to a room the size of a ranch house bathroom. The cross-contamination of peoples’ breaths in this place must be staggering. I’d say an average of about 3 square foot to each person. We were seated promptly as there was no wait on this Sunday evening. About 10 minutes later, our waitress visits. About 5 minutes after that, our drinks arrive(tea, milk and apple juice). I thought maybe they were making fresh apple juice or milking a cow, but alas, they showed up in a box and bottle, respectively. About 20 minutes after ordering our neighbor politely inquires, «Are you guys going to eat tonight?». About that time, our order shows up. I dig in and drink all my tea to be told they’ve ran out and had to make some more. About that time, the lights are dimmed. Silence overcomes and my neighbor exclaims, «Is it time to go? Ya’ll shutting down?». That’s the thought it provoked. Had it not been for the horribly treble-lacking music playing I’d think they were shutting down too. On to the entrees: Skewered shrimp with island rice: enough salt to kill a horse, half-cooked serving of at most ¼ cup of rice, and some kind of orange sauce on the shrimp that tasted like a mixture of Chef Boy-R-Dee spaghetti sauce and vinegar. Teryaki shrimp: no comment as it had no taste. Kid’s chicken fingers: Well, if you like frozen Tyson tenders out of a bag then you’ll like these. Kid’s cheeseburger sliders: Luckily, my child didn’t eat these half-cooked, pink-in-the-middle burgers, but I did and they were great. Seriously. Had they not tried to serve this tartar to my kid, I would have been a fan. We all finally figured out what was wrong — they were serving TV dinners as entrees.

This place is ok if you are looking for a quick appetizer and a drink with a friend, but as to sit down and have nice dinner this place is a no… I feel this way because I feel that they don’t have a good menu. Only their appetizers are somewhat ok and the drinks are ok if you just need a quick drink somewhere. Prices are affordable, though.
