November 05, 2015 was the final fitting & pick up this location was crowded with a wedding party and a few others. So with all reasonable expectation it would not be a in and out situation. Although very busy 2 – 3 associates immediately acknowledged our presence. Thank You. Soon after we were called backed. The needed adjustments were made and we were well on or way. Thank You Savvi Formalwear for knowing customer service is everything. Our initial salesperson left on maternity leave (CONGRATS) and she was very informative, patient and very much so customer service oriented too. And the same for the gentleman who assisted with the final fitting. I thank you & you both ROCK. I will definitely be using and recommending this location in the near future to family & friends. Outstanding service! If you get a chance use this savvi location. Out of the three in the Atlanta area I’ve tried, this one by far the best service!

I would not recommend this place if you a tux or suit. We came here to rent a tuxedo for a prom and the sales staff seems to be clueless in terms of how a suit should fit, it how it should fall, or even look on the person wearing it. Additionally the salesman was speaking to my 14 year old son when I am standing there. I told him I am the one making the decision and paying. This clueless salesman told me that in Georgia they can rent a suit to anyone 15 and older without the parent input. I told him by law a 15 year can’t enter into a legal contract. The next day when we came to pick it up, they gave us the wrong pants and shirt even though we tried three pairs yesterday and was assured that they would have the correct size ready because the one we tried we only for sizing purposes. Given that there were no notes written down when the correction, selection was made, I am not surprised they had the wrong sizes ready. Never again!!! Go elsewhere if you want a better experience!

I’m just getting around to giving everyone thanks for the amazing wedding I just had this past October. My wife and I went shopping for tuxes for the wedding party and first went to MW chain where we were met with an all but enthused associate who showed us a couple of options. She clearly didn’t care once she heard that we couldn’t spend $ 300 a piece for tuxes (it was our gift to our wedding party so it didn’t cost anyone to attend). She also didn’t off to show us any other options, talk about the styles, or really seem engaged in general. So we left and made the best decision of our wedding, we went to Savvi where we were greeted by a very friendly lady who clearly knew her job and enjoyed it. She knew exactly what questions to ask and she had many options and offered to order others if my wife desired (she picked a very particular clover green color and they were able to match Davids Bridal bride’s made dresses perfect). I could go on, but long story short we were able to get very nice new design tuxes for the wedding party and everything worked out perfect. The online form submission made it really easy for my groomsmen who were all over the southeast to submit their sizes. They also have a great system of email reminders for events you need to know about. They also took the time to reach out the weeks coming up to the wedding quite a few times to my wife and to me also ensuring everything was taken care of. We are definitely recommending our friends use Savvi for their upcoming weddings.

Beware of price changes! The employees here obviously are not on the same page with each other. An initial quote for everything was given /​written down about a month ago, but in a follow up phone call yesterday, a different guy quoted a different price. Needless to say, they just lost a big order.

We used Savvi for the tuxedos for my wedding and they were amazing! The customer service was stellar! They were on top of everything. We went in got fitted and told them when the wedding was and they basically said we got it from here. They called to check on me to see how planning was going and make sure that I was aware of final fitting days and any other appointments that we needed to meet. Daniel was the gentleman that took care of us and he was terrific. If I ever need formal clothes again I am definitely going with Savvi.
