My mom ordered a discounted mattress and paid for it as if it was new. When it arrived, there was a tag saying it was used and sanitized in texas. She allowed them to take her old mattress as planned, but is unable to return the used one until a whole week later according to the company. so she’ll be in the guest room for a whole week. Don’t give them your business here.

We went on Sunday to begin our LOOK at mattresses. No immediate plans to purchase. We were met by Debra(just a friendly greeting, NOOOOO high pressure sales at all… which I notice right away as I do not handle that well. She either allowed us to look, or offered to help/direct U.S. If we told her what we were looking for We told her the reason we were looking and the style we were looking for. She IMMEDIATELY led us to the neat perfect mattress, and 2nd try she was SPOTON(for both of us)! Both people on the store that say we’re e trembly friendly, done everything they said they’d do, up to the follow up all the day before delivery. Awaiting delivery today. And the day before«reminder» Mike called with it, very warm, friendly and professionals well. With the deals for labour day they were running, the help the gave, the time they spent answering every question we could think of toads, some we didn’t know to ask, so they guided us along, I can’t imagine a better, less painful, easier experience in mattress buying this with this store, ESPECIALLYWITHTHISTEAM. I’ve bought mattresses other places and they were«ok», but these guys went above and beyond not only with the mattress buying, but making you feel Valued and appreciated, and like a long time fri d from the beginning. AGAIN… the LOW/NO PRESSURE sales is what done it for me. I don’t handle it well, and it’s have y Irked me off from the start. I can’t say enough good things about the staff I’ve dealt with(thus far, delivery tonight) at those store. 980 Earnest Barrett Parkway. Ste A Edit… Purchase was excellent, and 5 stars. After that, not so much. Delivery was«interesting» today the least. Scheduled for 5 – 8 pm. I was away from the house at 2:30 pm. Got a call from the driver, said he was sitting at the house ready to unload. I called the house(2 people there, said they were out front and NOONE had been to The door, drive or anything. driver said he’d be back in one hour. I cut short what I was doing, went home to wait for the to be back In an hour.(3:39). 6:00 pm came, still no show, no word. I called the store, got put on hold for 11 minutes. I hung up and called back, got put on hold for 5 min. FINALLY reaching Someone, they called the warehouse, and was told we were the last stop of the day and they’d be here around 8 pm.(original Scheduled time). So the 3:39 — 8:00,“be there in an hour” wait time was wasted, when I could have been doing other things. Also, at purchase, we had a matter with the area manager and lady we bought from, and I seriously needed to Contact her, as was discussed on Sunday I called on Monday, explained to Them The importance of how quickly I speak With her. The guy that answered said he’d take my number and see to It that it was passed along to her and make sure sure was aware of the urgency. No call returned until Thursday. Thus…5 stars reduced to 3.

This is a tale of 2 mattress firms. The first mattress firm I visited was a smaller store on Barrett Parkway closer to the Subaru Dealership. The guy that sold me the bed was very thorough, kind, patient, and not pushy(tall dude that looked like Morpheus from the Matrix). He gave me a deal on a pillow and encouraged me to take my time on the Tempur-Pedics that I was looking at. The Cloud Supreme felt incredible. It was to be a birthday present for my wife. Upon first laying on the bed, it felt amazing. 15 minutes in the store on the bed — incredible. Got it delivered in 2 days and I slept great on it for many weeks. The wife started experiencing some back pain and we were told(and had read) that it takes some time to adjust. We called back to the Mattress Firm(smaller location) within 90 days and they said give it some more time. My back was fine still at about the 60 day mark. At about day 60, I started to experience some back pain and my wife’s back felt just as sore as it had since buying the bed. We went in to the location by the mall and didn’t have such a great experience. The salesmen seemed annoyed about our complaints and really pushed us to keep the bed in the hopes that our bodies would somehow magically adjust to the bed. The next firmest bed available was another 800 bucks which seemed outrageous to shell out nearly 4000 grand for a bed when we had already spent over $ 3000. We kept the bed and prayed that it would get better. Day 90 passed and both Mattress Firm and Tempur-Pedic said there was nothing they can do unless there was a physical problem with the bed. Unfortunately, my wife and I had to move out the $ 3000+ dollar bed(bday present) into the unused guest room and we now are sleeping on an old family hand-me-down mattress because we can’t afford another one and the bed we are making monthly payments on is causing some serious pain for both of us. It makes me sick to see it, and I will be making sure all my friends and family that are considering a bed will hear this story. To Morpheus: It’s not your fault. You’re awesome.
