This store is terrible every time i’ve been there has been a bad experience. The first time I went there I was a senior in highschool and they told me and my friend we could not try on dresses with out a pare t present. I was 18 and made my own money abd was going to pay gor my dress myself. The second time the sales associate told my friend she could not wear a dress because«she was fat». Which by the way she wasn’t in the least bit true and she already struggled with her self confidence and left the store crying. Not to mention the store is ridiculously over priced. Don’t waste your time there. Go to Davids Bridal instead or Macy’s.

My daughter and I walked in yesterday and an older gentleman that works there asked us if my daughter was on homecoming court and told us if she is we get $ 50 off any dress of $ 200 or more, which she is. We found a dress that was marked down from $ 249 to $ 199. We went to the register to pay and I asked him about the $ 50 off he mentioned when we came in and he said it was already taken off of the dress when it went from $ 249 to $ 199. I advised him that was not what he had offered us when we came in and then he proceeds to say«well the dress is $ 199 not $ 200 so you don’t get the discount!» We have bought 3 dresses from this store and I assure you this is certainly the last! Since his bait and switch didn’t work he wouldn’t give me the discount he offered over $ 1!!!

I took my daughter to CC’S today in search of a dress for her senior prom dress. Her dad was in from Vegas so he wanted her to her dream dress and money was no object. We walked in and a sales lady asked if she could help us with a size. I told her size 10(my daughter is not fat, but has curves) The sales lady crinkled her nose in an un approving manner and pointed to a rack and told us that size is there, and on the right side of every rack. Btw if you’ve never been in CC’S, every dress is hanging in plastic and the racks are close together. To say its overwhelming is an understatement. It’s like being in a plastic bag jungle. While we struggled through the store in search of a dress, we noticed that sales women were helping customers everywhere. We finally decided to ask for help since my daughter had gone on the Internet site the night before. She attempted to show the rude sales lady the photos on her iPad and this lady actually said to her that if we did not see the dress she was looking for it mans they were sold out then got on the phone. We noticed that only moments later this sales lady was eagerly helping another customer who already had a sales lady helping Her.- 2 sales ladies for one customer while we could PAY for one to help us. Bottom line, poor store lay out and Tooo much plastic. TERRIBLECUSTOMERSERVICE. I’m a PTA mom. Not some nasty homeless person walking off the street. We went to David’s Bridal across the street and were greeted very warmly and got a sales lady who was more than happy to assist us. I would give zero stars if it were an option.

well I can say after looking all over I did find my dress here. this store boast’s to say they are the largest evening gown carrier in the city… LIES! online they have a ton of amazing dresses and if you call they say that MOST of the dresses online they proudly have in the store as well… LIES! I’m terribly picky so I decided to look online and choose about 15 dresses I would like to try on.(I’m a size 4 btw) the had NONE of them. the sales people were fairly helpful and I did find a dress… not, one that I had in mind but it worked perfectly for the event. if you shop here they have a nice selection depending on your size, but don’t get fooled by the online store, as it it nothing like what they have, at least for a size 4. and be open minded because they don’t have a ton of different style dresses. so you may not leave with what you initially had in mind.

Another ridiculously awful dress store, this one without the fun kitsch factor. I guess, on the plus side, they’ve got a decent selection. If bubblegum-colored, poufier than Princess Di, rhinestoned-out-the-wazoo is what you’re looking for. On Saturdays, along with the insane traffic that comes with Town Center Mall, expect to see LOTS of Southern women(and I mean *serious* Southern, not Atlantan) who aren’t afraid of elbowing their way to the«perfect» dress. The line for the fitting rooms is as long as the trains on the over-the-top gowns that fill this spot, with no customer service in sight. Oh wait, there was one saleswoman in a skimpy black dress with cutouts along the cleavage on the phone at the cash register. Pure class, this place. Pure class.
