Great burgers — I always call them crabby patties (because they are huge and coveted :)) the service is always great, your greeted with a smile and some light chit chat every time .
The burgers are huge, no really they can be filling. If it’s your first time I suggest trying a ‘little’ patty. A regular order of fries is enough to for two people. As well .
The burgers are also very customizable.

Just a heads up; screwing up the SECOND ORDER you take of the day is not impressive. 4 people behind the counter at the top of the day and I managed to get something that I didn’t ask for. Literally, the second order. Thanks a ton. I threw it away. Other than that, I generally appreciate the food here.

Free peanuts, fountain drink! I’m an easy an to please. Hamburgers are always good just right. I also like that they give you extra fries.

The food is always great. Although this review is more for their online order service. What is the point of ordering online and receiving a pick up time if I always have to wait 10 minutes for my food to cook. I have a short lunch and I eat slow. While I appreciate them waiting to cook my fries because they want me to get hot fries I don’t have time to wait. And the employees never apologize for the wait. They never ever have said thank you to me for anything. Customer service is important and it’s sad that this location, the employees and service doesn’t match their food quality

They have great burgers and fries. They give you plenty of fries. The burgers are heavenly.
My only complaint is the parking. The parking is very bad at this location. There are too many restaurants and too few parking spots. There is even a parking problem in the rear of the restaurant.

Great burgers made fresh when you order. Enjoy the free peanuts while you wait. Hot dog are grilled and delishous. Staff are always on the floor cleaning the tables. Only con for me is parking, to many businesses and to little parking.

I love this 5 guys restaurant, it always clean and the food obviously delicious, they don’t cooked the beef too dry likes other restaurants does, my meat always juicy and yummy!

Good burgers, even better hot links! Wow I didn’t know Five Guys had hot link sandwiches, which are amazing. They tend to get a little pricy if your like me and add on toppings, but they are so worth it! Get some fries on the side.

Great burgers in Kennesaw.
Two drawbacks. One is endemic to the FGBF process. Each burger is made to order, so this is not really fast, fast food. The second drawback is the parking at this location. It’s a busy strip center, and parking can be a problem during peak hours. Just a few doors down from Taco Mac, in front of the Embassy Suites.

I finally took the plunge and tried President Obama’s favorite burger place– Five Guys. The burger was indeed delish, the bun was the softest ever, and the staff, even right at closing was chipper, chipper, chipper!
Enjoyed it! It wasn’t my Whataburger, and a burger and fries with NO drink cost $ 10 (dang!), but hey, it was GOOD, it’s right in my neighborhood, and I can see that I’ll be a regular. Their jalapenos didn’t seem to be hot. Guess I’ll ask for extra next time on my cheeseburger.

Greasy Indulgence!
Despite the fact that the burgers are nothing to write home about, I kind of like coming here. With all the toppings — lettuce, tomato, grilled onions, mushrooms — the burger doesn’t play that central a role!
The fries are really good. My husband and I share a small, and end up bringing leftovers home. (By the way, they freeze nicely.)
I don’t eat like this all that often, but when I do, this place is fine by me!
