Forever 21

Over 10 people in line and ONLY ONE register is open!!! Not worth the waste of time.

Its an ok shop! The clothes are very trendy. Its certainly not a place to shop if you are in the corporate world or business type. I’m not sure what market they are trying to appeal to the most. Perhaps its young girls under 21. The shoes are cheaply built and will not last pass one season.
It is a great place for accessories!

First of all, this store is huge and appears to have been recently remodeled. It carries fashions for males and females. I have never quite understood the aesthetic of this store and tried once again to figure it all out. Although I have a twenty-​one year old daughter, this store just does not appeal to her either.
I went to the store with the intent of finding something that my daughter might like. However, many of the items were just too trendy and very girly. She tends to dress in a simple more mature manner than her peers. The store just didn’t make sense as items were just displayed randomly throughout the store. I like a little organization in a store especially when I am unfamiliar. There needs to be some rhyme and reason to how items are displayed so that one doesn’t feel like they are running around like a headless chicken.
This store is just too trendy and too random for my taste and it would never suit my young adults.

The past few times shopping here have ranged from blah to WTF? When I finally decided what to purchase this last time, I got in a line that was way too long for this time of day and number of employees in the store so I waited and waited… and waited. The line was long but yet only one register was open even with four employees standing behind the counter. One woman was talking on the phone, a male employee was standing there talking to the checkout girl who politely giggled at his badly timed jokes and another girl was standing behind one of the computers but didn’t seem to be doing much. It is a possibility that they were doing something important, but when there are 10+ people in line I would atleast like the guy standing behind the counter to stop attempting to flirt and open up a register. After a few minutes of standing there one of the women behind the counter got into a verbal altercation with another employee in front of the entire line about something Forever 21 related! It was awesome!!! The woman behind me and I started taking bets on who would win if it turned physical, who knew an argument over a bandeau could get so heated? Even though seeing the two employees argue was as entertaining as an episode of Big Rich Atlanta and distracted me from waiting in line, I don’t think that is the kind of shopping experience Forever 21 strives for.

Yes, this store has recently went through a major renovation. Taking up the store space that was once used by Fredrick’s of Hollywood and the shoe store near Macy’s. This place is sprawling. They now have a men’s, shoe, and plus size section (Which I believe starts at a 12… yea I know right. lol) and I saw some 4x’s as well. They have plenty of cashiers on site, although the dressing room was a mad house. I did manage to score a couple of cute pieces, just be sure to bring some patience with you when shopping.

I love this place! It is my favorite store to shop at. The prices are unbeatable, and their stuff is so cute! They have just recently up-​sized and remodeled their store, so I end up spending even more time than I used to looking through all the awesome clothes. I always love how friendly and helpful all the employees are.

I will never step foot into this store again! Purchased a dress here for my teenage daughter, but because it is a «temporary» location, the manager refused to extend store credit and would only give an exchange. Of course, forget any type of refund. Store credit or exchange only is their store policy. Just beware, whatever you buy from Forever 21, you better love it because you will never be able to return it! Steer clear of this store!

If I ever feel like I need new clothes, I take a trip to the mall and walk straight to Forever 21. Where most people say «I don’t see how you ever find anything in there, there is just so much stuff», I say it’s like a treasure hunt.
I do spend a lot of time in the store, looking through everything, and I usually come up with more than a few adorable pieces that I just have to have. Plus, the prices are great, and the styles are always changing. And not having to wait for a sale to come up is also a plus!
