My Story

I visited this store today and was pleased with all the clothing inside. All cute, fashionable, and very similar to things you would find at Forever 21 with more or less of the price. Like Forever 21, there’s no cash refunds, so you can only get store credit or you can exchange whatever you buy. I saw Simply Southern and other typically white preppy brands in there, but there were plenty of other clothes for any race, shape, and size. The staff were rather friendly. They didn’t say anything when I walked in, but they were swamped with customers so I didn’t mind. The fitting room attendee with very nice and helpful. Clothes might be a little pricey, but they have 50% racks with decent clothing. Would shop here again!

I saw a cute fringed suede dress, that caught my attention in the store window so I decided to stop in. When I walked into the the southern style boutique, I was not greeted properly in the same manner as the other customers.
When I found the dress on the rack that initially drew me into the store, I asked one of the sales clerks for a dressing room. Her response was very rude, as if she did not want me to speak to her. She called for another employee to assist me with my request. Another staff member came to open up a room for me. However, she stood there examining me as if I had taken something that didn’t belong to me. Once I tried on the outfit, as I exited the room, the dressing room associate was at my door, she hesitated before asking me if everything worked out. I let her know that I would be purchasing the dress. When I got to the register I saw some cute accessories that I may have been interested in, but the original girl that I dealt with was rushing me to hurry up with my transaction that I blew it off, and checked out.
Overall, my experience was horrible. I felt as if I was being judged in the store as if I had entered a realm in which I did not belong. I will NOT be shopping here again.

CUTE AND CASUAL
This is a small shop located on the second level of Town Center Mall. As I walked in, I noticed, (through the window), their selection of summer tees that reference southern life and are printed with cute messages. They are the perfect light tees that you can pair with a casual pair of shorts or skirt.
The store doesn’t just have tees, they also carry cute and colorful tops and dresses (for teens and young adults), that are perfect for those girls who like to feel feminine and pretty.
My favorite item featured was this nice cozy sweatshirt with Georgia in big bold letters across the shoulders and a cut-​out in the shape of the state. It was very nice and would make a great gift or just a souvenir for someone who loves Georgia.
