This is where I purchase all of my appliances when needed. I’ve never had a terrible experience here, but the customer service could use a bit of fine tuning. They aren’t as attentive or friendly. It’s almost as if they are doing me a favor. However, my appliances always work well and I like the fact they will haul off the old appliances. The only small complaint I have after receiving my new appliances is the transaction leading up to the delivery date. I think they should give customers the option to receive calls or text messages. I missed the call from customer service to confirm my appointment. The voicemail message stated I must call to confirm. The wait to confirm was 15 minutes. Once the rep. answered the phone she confirmed me in less than a second. I’m an entrepreneur and live a busy life during the day. It would have been nice to get a confirmation text message… AT&T, Ashely’s Furniture does the text system. It’s great as an option.

I’m updating my review… HHGreg needs to review it’s process for handling issues when(or IF) they arise. The corporate office would receive a ONE star or less from me. The purchasing process was simple at the store. The process for handling problems is terrible. I’m updating my review BECAUSE it’s been a couple months and all my appliances are in and working well NOW. The store manager(assistant manager actually) did a great job helping me solve one problem after another so because of Rob I’ll arise my rating to three(average).

We purchased an «out of the box» dryer at a discount but it did not run when I got it home, which had me pretty upset. However, the response to take care of it was more than I expected. And they offered a great response without me having to ask for it. Any big company can make a mistake but if they are willing to own it and make it right, then that’s a company I want to do business with.

This store has always had terrible customer service. The worse. Ever. During today’s less than stellar visit. I walked around for 20 mins in the appliance department and not a single associate spoke of offered to help. Not because they didn’t see me, several of them looked me dead in my face and kept walking. Not with customers. Just handing out more horrible customer service. I came to spend 1k on a stove and microwave. Left without spending a dime.

We love this store! The combination of excellent products and excellent staff is why we have, thus far, purchased a washer and dryer, a dishwasher, and a television set there. HH Gregg is our first stop when we are needing to replace an appliance or to add to our appliances! RJF

If you like to try to get a good deal this is a place for you. I have been buying alot of equipment from brandsmart lately but have noticed they have been getting more snooty and not really caring about the customer just there commission check. But guess what??? They are not the only TV company out there. I went to brandsmart on Thursday morning talked to a guy that didn’t seem to know alot about TVs. He did know alot about how to text message on his phone, got his manager to give me a good deal that i was happy with. I left and went to HH Gregg and was immediately great ed by Bryan Kennan. He was really nice and polite and gave me some good info on the TVs but told him, hey i know what TV model i want i just want you to beat the price so i don’t shop at brandsmart. They did and i left a happy person. It was a smooth and fast transaction, and i will definitely be back to see Bryan again.

Wow, what a spectacular experience we received at HH Gregg in Kennesaw, by a smart guy named Adam. We went in, he greeted us through the door, and I told him what I wanted. He didn’t try to uptalk me or even offer me any useless warranties. He even told me which models were in stock off the top of his head, and made the whole process excellent. Adam should be nominated for promotion to store director. We had left Best Buy next door(go see my colorful review of those jokers) and were very disappointed. I was very close to just going to amazon or other e-tailers when Adam entered the picture. Thanks again for a wonderful experience. Adam should get an MBA and run the company.

Run, don’t go here — everyone only shops here once… once in you will get burned later on and REALLY regret it — we learned the hard way!!! Amazing the look on people’s faces once we mention our experience, we find more people had the same HORRIBLE experience as well. From lying about used/refurbished items to lying about the NOFINANCE charges to the outright snake oil form the corporate office in Minneapolis that is currently owned by investors in India. Used to be a good chain, past year has really gone down the toilet. Caveat emptor…
